Chicken liver parfait, red onion jam, toasted brioche

Smoked salmon, crème fraiche, salmon caviar

Naturally smoked haddock risotto, curry oil

Parsnip velouté, crispy croutons, truffle oil



Roast breast of turkey, rillette of the leg, fondant potato, roasted vegetables, thyme jus

Venison pie, pickled beetroot salad

Pan fried fillet of cod, crushed potatoes, wilted spinach, poached egg, chive beurre blanc

Shallow fried potato gnocchi, wilted spinach, wild mushrooms, parmesan cream

Chestnut purée, white chocolate espuma, rum and raisin ice cream
