Confit chicken terrine, pickled wild mushroom, celeriac purée, fine bean salad

Prawn cocktail, Marie Rose espuma

Tomato velouté, basil pesto, crispy croutons

 

MAINS

Confit Duck leg, creamy mash, caraway cabbage, fine beans

Pan fried fillet of cod, sauce Grenoble, crushed new potatoes

Artichoke and wild mushroom tart, hollandaise sauce, wilted spinach

Dark chocolate panna cotta, pistachio streusel, cassis sorbet

Crispy thin pear tart, vanilla ice cream
