Ham hock ballotine, fine beans salad, homemade piccalilli, pork crackling

Smoked haddock risotto, curry oil

Goat's cheese and olive bon bon, pickled golden beetroot, beetroot purée, pickled walnuts


MAINs

Pot roasted chicken breast, creamy mash, asparagus, wilted spinach, café crème

Pan fried fillet of salmon, crushed potatoes, wilted spinach, hollandaise sauce

Wild mushroom tagliatelle, poached hen’s egg, parmesan tuile

Pineapple croquant, rum and raisin ice cream

Baked chocolate tart, praline ice cream
