Seared fillet of Jersey mackerel, potato and chive salad, pickled beetroot
Seared Jersey scallops, pulled pork, celeriac espuma, truffle and apple salad (supplement £6.50)

Beef and Liberation Ale pie, crispy Jersey oyster, caraway cabbage, red wine jus
Pan fried Jersey bream, sauté potato, ratatouille, lobster cappuccino
Smoked haddock, grain mustard and Jersey cream risotto, curry oil
