Smoked haddock and wholegrain mustard risotto, curry oil

Seared Jersey scallops, pulled pork, celeriac espuma, winter truffle and apple salad (supplement £8.50)

Beef and Local Ale pie, caraway cabbage, pickled beetroot, red wine jus
