Formerly known as the Bistro Soleil, Mark Jordan at the Beach is a joint venture between Patrick and Treena burke, owners of the Atlantic Hotel, and Mark and Magda Jordan.

 

Mark headed up the kitchen brigade at the Atlantic Hotel from his arrival in the island in 2004 until 2017 during which time Ocean Restaurant held a much coveted Michelin star for eleven years.
