Mark Jordan at the Beach Limited Online Vouchers
Terms and Conditions
Mark Jordan at the Beach gift vouchers can be redeemed against goods and services solely at Mark Jordan at the Beach Restaurant.
Vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash and have no value unless redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions. Vouchers may be combined with other forms of payment. Vouchers cannot be used to buy other vouchers.
Voucher holders must mention the voucher number at the time of booking and present it on arrival at the restaurant.
With the exception of shipping fees, no service charge or other fees of any kind will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of vouchers in connection with the sale of the voucher.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the month of issue, unless otherwise stated on the voucher itself. The validity of the vouchers cannot be extended unless approved by the Management of the Company. The amount available for redemption on each voucher shall, in the absence of manifest error, be the one stated on the voucher or the value of the corresponding service at the time of redemption.
Mark Jordan at the Beach is not responsible for vouchers that are lost or stolen. If your voucher is lost or stolen, please alert us immediately at info@markjordanatthebeach.com or telephone us on 01534 780180 and we will endeavour to arrange the issue of a replacement voucher. We reserve the right to cancel a voucher if we believe that the voucher was obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means.
Delivery options
Gift vouchers ordered to be delivered by email will be issued and dispatched within 48 hours (except at weekends and Bank Holidays, when they will be issued and dispatched by email the following working day).
Gift vouchers ordered for collection from Mark Jordan at the Beach will be available to collect the following day during restaurant hours (11:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 21:00).

By purchasing your voucher on www.markjordanatthebeach.com, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Mark Jordan at the Beach for the purposes of the issue and redemption of your voucher. If providing an email address, you may receive marketing communications from Mark Jordan at the Beach until such time as you opt out.
